What is the Disney Check?

Disneyland Paris is committed to creating nutritious options for our guests.  
The Disney Check is a quick and easy way for families to identify more nutritious meal options for children aged 3 to 11 years in with a variety of foods in appropriate portions.

 Meals that receive the Disney Check… 
…contain at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables. This is our way to help children get their recommended “five a day” of fruits and vegetables. Encouraging your child to eat fruits and vegetables is one of the best habits you can teach them. Fruits and vegetables have many nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and fibre with a small amount of calories.

  …are low in saturated fats. According to European regulations, low in saturated fat means that meals supply less than 1.5 grams of saturated fat per 100 g and less than 10% of calories in the meal come from saturated fats.
