What are Animal Care Centre general conditions?
Disneyland® Paris may only accept animals that are household pets belonging to our Guests. The Animal Care Centre reserves the right to refuse any animal other than a cat or a dog. The service at the Animal Care Centre is limited to the supply of food and water. The personnel at the Animal Care Centre can in no way walk an animal. Each Guest who has left an animal is responsible for taking it for walks daily, throughout the period of their stay. The cage will be cleaned after the animal's final departure. There is a daily rate for all animals staying at the Animal Care Centre, which varies according to the length of the stay and includes the cost of the food and water. Only one person may visit the cages at the same time. The person will be asked to present an identification document. It is forbidden for Guests to pet or feed any other animal than their own or the one they are in charge of. Clients must present a Vaccination Booklet and/or an updated Sanitation Certificate for their dog or cat to be admitted to the Animal Care Centre. The anti-rabies vaccination is mandatory. Your animal must be microchipped and have an up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate (more than a month and less than one-year old) translated in French and issued by an official vet. If an animal requires the urgent care of a veterinarian, the Animal Care Centre is authorized, except in the case of a written specification to the contrary, to call a veterinarian of its choice. The cost of said veterinarian will be covered by the animal's owner, who may in no way turn against Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. and/or its insurers. Any animal left at the Animal Care Centre by a Guest may only stay there the length of the Guest's stay at Disneyland® Paris. All Guests who leave an animal at the Animal Care Centre must take note of the opening hours. Any animal who has not been picked up during the 24 (twenty-four) hours following the end of the Guest's stay noted on the registry card, will be considered voluntarily abandoned and handed over to the authority or organisation concerned. In compliance with law n°99-5 dated January 6, 1999, we inform the people concerned that the voluntary abandonment of a pet, a domesticated or wild animal held in captivity is punishable according to article 521-1 of the new Penal Code, that is by a fine of 30.489 Euros (thirty thousand, four hundred and eighty nine Euros) and 2 (two) years in prison. Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. and its insurers are expressly free of all responsibility regarding any disease caught or damages caused to or undergone by an animal during its stay at the Animal Care Centre, as well as any damage caused by the animals entrusted to Euro Disney Associés S.C.A., with the exception of cases in which the Guest may furnish the proof of a fault committed by the Animal Care Centre. In any case, and whatever the cause may be, Euro Disney's responsibility is limited to 50 (fifty) times the daily rate, excluding all other damages and interests.

Any dispute following a stay of an animal at the Animal Care Centre will be governed by French law, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your cooperation.
