Service Animals

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at Disneyland Paris.

Important Information

Guests who use service animals must be in control of their animals at all times, keeping them on a leash or harness whilst in the Parks and Hotels. Cast members are not permitted to take control of service animals.
If you prefer to stay in our Parks without your guide-dog or assistance dog, you can leave it for free at the Animal Care Center for the day (National identification certificate and vacination leaflet up to date is required).

If you are using a guide dog, please make sure you have up-to-date travel documents (proof of vaccination, and documents indicating that the dog is there for assistance) and present these upon arrival at the hotel.
Guide dogs are permitted to use the green spaces. However, meals are not provided for guide dogs, so you are advised to bring a bowl and supplies for your dog to eat and drink.

Animal Care Centre closed from May 29 to June 2, 2017 included.

Due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride. For futher details, please take a look at the Disney Parks® Accessibility Maps.
