At Disneyland® Paris, we make every effort to meet the needs of our visitors with special needs prior to their arrival and we ensure that they get the most out of their visit once they arrive.



Expectant mothers

Access to attractions

  • The access card (Facility Card) allows you and your helper to access some attractions throught special entrances (for more information, see the Disney® Parks Attractions Accessibility Guide). Each attraction has its own access arrangements.

  • Upon arrival at Disney Parks, proceed to City Hall or Studio Services with your companion. A Cast Member (Disney Employee) will give you information about accessibility to attractions and, if necessary, an Facility Card.

  • Facility Card: you may be accompanied by one person only.

  • To receive a Facility Card, you must present your medical certificate (see terms and conditions on page 3 of the Disney® Parks Attractions Accessibility Guide).

Disney Performing Arts Programme

The Disney Performing Arts programme offers performance and educational workshop opportunities to amateur groups, with the aim of giving participants a glimpse into Disney's world of entertainment by offering them the unique, once in a lifetime experience of becoming a "Disney" performer for the day!  The following group types are eligible to apply: instrumental, choral, dance & parade.
